Just over a week ago, we were making our trek down from Boston to Florida. The whole goal was to make it to Tallahassee by 4:30 pm on Friday and wake up to photograph a wedding the next morning, and we did it. It was a team effort – my sister, Mom, and Grandma drove up from Clearwater to babysit Isaac and get Marin dressed, Mike’s parents were put in charge of getting Marin out of the ceremony as quickly as possible, Tom was the best man and wedding coordinator, and we were behind the cameras capturing it all.
All the Skype calls and Pinterest boards fell perfectly into place – and by the end of the night I stood on the back porch of their reception in shock that I just watched Kyle Zornes pull away for the night with his wife, Erin. It felt completely surreal to see someone I’ve known since he was 12 and is like family to Mike and me, not only grow up into a wonderful man, but now, a truly fantastic and thoughtful husband. I’m so glad we were able to be there for their wedding day and party with this bunch with our cameras in hand. These two mean so much to us, and we cannot wait to hear about their upcoming Memphis adventures till we convince them to come north to Boston! 😉
Thanks for letting us be apart of your lives and wedding! We love you two so much!
